摘要
目的:探讨牙科CT系统测量正常人牙齿形态数据的可行性。方法:对10名正常青年人(男性6例、女性4例,年龄24~27岁)进行牙科CT扫描,用其随机自带软件测量牙冠宽度及厚度,并制取上述10名青年人上下颌全牙列石膏模型,用游标卡尺测量模型的牙冠宽度及厚度;应用SPSS软件对牙科CT系统与游标卡尺所测数据进行统计学分析。结果:牙科CT系统与游标卡尺对牙冠宽度及厚度进行的两次测量结果均无统计学差异(P>0.05);牙科CT与游标卡尺对牙冠宽度、厚度两次测量结果的平均值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:牙科CT系统测量牙齿外部形态数据稳定、可靠,可用于测量活体全牙列牙齿外部形态数据。
AIM: To investigate the feasibility of using Cone Beam CT(CBCT) system to measure normal tooth morphology.METHODS:The whole dentition of 10 normal adults(6 males,4 females,aged from 24 to 27) was scanned by CBCT.The dental crown width and dental crown thicknesse were measured by the CBCT officially authorized software.The whole dentition plaster casts of the 10 subjects were prepared,then the dental crown widths and dental crown thicknesses were measured by vernier caliper.All data were analyzed by the SPSS software package.RESULTS:No significant difference was observed between the measurements performed at two different times by CBCT system(P0.05) and by vernier caliper(P0.05).No significant difference was observed between the mean measurements by CBCT system and the mean measurements by vernier caliper(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Normal tooth morphology data obtained by the CBCT system is stable and reliable,and the system can be used for in vivo measurement of the whole dentition morphology.
