The hydrolysis and olation of Ti() in aqueous solution were discussed.The factors affecting the states and tanning power of Ti() in aqueous solution were clarified.The reasons that the tanning power of Ti() tanning agents that had been researched was lower than the theroetic value and the ways that improve the tanning power of titanium () also were presented.
