摘要
利用自制的倾斜冷却剪切流变装置,研究了浇注长度对半固态ZAlSi9Mg水淬组织和流变压铸组织的影响。结果表明,浇注长度对半固态AlSi9Mg合金的水淬组织影响较大,随着浇注长度的增加,固相率增加。浇注长度为500 mm时,初生固相率为48%,平均晶粒尺寸为50μm,形状因子为0.57。流变压铸后AlSi9Mg合金组织明显细化,浇注长度对流变压铸AlSi9Mg合金组织初生固相率影响较大,对晶粒尺寸和形状因子影响较小,浇注长度为500 mm时,平均晶粒尺寸为7.13μm,形状因子为0.7。
The influence of pouring length on microstructure of semi-solid direct water quenched of AlSi9Mg and rheo-die cast AlSi9Mg have been researched by self developed incline cooling shear rheo-die casting device.The results show that: the pouring length has great influences on semi-solid direct water quenched microstructure of AlSi9Mg.The primary solid fraction increases along with the increase of the pouring length.The primary solid fraction is 48%,the average diameter of grains is 50 μm,the shape factor is 0.57 when the length of pouring is 500 mm.The pouring length also has great influences on microstructure of AlSi9Mg by rheo-die casting.The microstructure refined obviously.The pouring length has more effect on the primary solid fraction,but less effect on the average diameter of grains and the shape factor.When the pouring length is 500 mm,the average diameter of grain is 7.13 μm,the shape factor is 0.7.
