摘要
目的探讨足月窒息新生儿生后不同时段血清S100B蛋白的水平变化及与患儿听力损伤的相关性。方法足月窒息新生儿43例及足月正常新生儿27例,采用ELISA方法测定生后12、48 h及7 d血清S100B蛋白的水平;并于出生后5~7 d筛查瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAE),35~42 d复查自动听性脑干反应(AABR),分别记录未通过的耳数,分析其与血清S100B蛋白之间的相关性。结果出生后12、48 h及7 d,重度窒息患儿血清S100B高于正常对照组[(0.138±0.039)μg/Lvs.(0.036±0.018)μg/L,(0.250±0.079)μg/L vs.(0.048±0.021)μg/L,(0.473±0.128)μg/Lvs.(0.049±0.277)μg/L](P〈0.05);血清S100B与TEOAE的通过耳数呈负相关(P〈0.05)。生后7 d血清S100B与AABR的通过耳数呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论血清S100B蛋白水平可以反映足月窒息新生儿早期的听力损伤的程度。
Objective To study the correlation between serum S100B protein level and hearing impairment in full-term neonates with asphyxia.Methods Serum S100B protein levels were measured using ELISA in 43 full-term neonates with asphyxia(group A) and 27 full-term normal newborns(group B) at 12,48h and on the 7th day after birth.The neonates were given transient evoked otoacoustic emissions(TEOAE) initial screening on the 5th to 7th day after birth,and automatic auditory brainstem response(AABR) screening test on the 35th to 42nd day after birth.ResultsSerum S100B levels were significantly higher in group A than those in group B at 12h,48h and on the 7th day after birth [(0.138±0.039)μg/L vs.(0.036±0.018)μg/L,(0.250±0.079)μg/L vs.(0.048±0.021)μg/L,(0.473±0.128)μg/L vs.(0.049±0.277)μg/L],(P0.05),which were negatively correlated with the ears number passed TEOAE(P0.05).Serum S100B level was negatively correlated with the ears number passed AABR on the 7th day after birth(P0.05).Conclusion Serum S100B protein levels in full-term neonates with asphyxia may reflect the degree of hearing impairment.
