摘要
目的 观察五种肠道准备方法的特点,探讨如何选择安全、有效、便捷的个体化肠道准备方案。方法取500例无痛电子肠镜检查病例,随机分成五组,用不同的方法进行肠道准备,观察、比较各组肠道清洁效果、副作用、耐受性及整体评价等指标。结果 5种准备方法的各项观察指标符合无痛肠镜检查的要求,不同方法的安全性、便捷性、适用范围等有差异。结论无痛肠镜检查前肠道准备方法的选择,应根据患者的情况实施个体化给药,以获得最佳的肠道准备效果,这对提高无痛肠镜检查的成功率,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To discuss how to choose a safe,effective,convenient individualized bowel preparation scheme by observe the characteristics of five kinds of bowel preparation method.Methods Random divided 500 cases of painless electronic colonoscopy into groups of five,using different methods for bowel preparation,observing,comparing exp1 intestinal clean effect and side effect,overall evaluation index and tolerability.Results Each observation index of the preparation methods are complying with the requirements for painless endoscopic check.The security,convenient,applicable scope of the methods is different.Conclusion The choice of bowel preparation method before painless endoscopes check,should according to patients＇ situation implement,personalized medicine could achieve the optimal bowel preparation effect.This to improve the success rate of painless endoscopes check has positive clinical significance.
