摘要
目的调查荆州市性病高危人群解脲脲支原体(Uu)感染及药物敏感性,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供试验依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司Mycoplasma IST2支原体试剂盒对2671例性病高危人群进行Uu培养和药敏试验。结果 Uu检测阳性率49.0%,Uu对普那霉素、多西环素、交沙霉素敏感率很高,分别为100.0%、100.0%、98.5%;Uu对喹诺酮类抗菌药物敏感率最低(环丙沙星14.5%,氧氟沙星36.0%);Uu对红霉素、四环素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素敏感率在69.0%~90.9%。结论 Uu在性病高危人群中的感染率很高,且对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物产生了严重的耐药性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate antibiotical resistance in Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) among a group at high risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases in Jingzhou and provide the experimental evidence for the clinical application of antibiotics.METHODS The Uu cultivation and drug susceptibility tests were performed for 2671 patients at high risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases by bioMérieux Mycoplasma IST2 kit.RESULTS The total positive detection rate of Uu was 49.0%.The rates of drug sensitivity to pristinamycin(100.0%),doxycycline(100.0%) and josamycin(98.5%) were higher.The rate of drug sensitivity to quinolones,such as ciprofloxacin(14.5%) and ofloxacin(36.0%),was the lowest.That to erythromycin,tetracycline,azithromycin and clarithromycin were between 69.0%-90.9%.CONCLUSION There is higher infection rate of Uu among a group at high risk of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases.The serious antibiotical resistance to quinolones has emergeed.
