制革废水处理专用厌氧颗粒污泥的培养 被引量:2

Incubate Anaerobic Granular Sludge for Tannery Effluent Treatment

摘要 利用一般城市污水处理厂的好氧污泥作为接种污泥,采用了实验室规模的反应器,以富含毒性物质的制革废水直接培养的方法,培养出了厌氧颗粒污泥。并以多媒体显微镜观察了颗粒污泥的形成过程、菌胶团的转变过程和微生物群的成长过程。试验结果表明:在培养到8d以后,好氧污泥完全转化为厌氧絮状污泥;在培养到30d以后,出现细小的厌氧颗粒污泥,并相互融合逐渐长大;在培养到150d以后,颗粒污泥完全成熟,可以观察到各种厌氧的微生物和厌氧菌胶团。 Aerobic sludge from general city wastewater treatment system was used as sludge seeds to incubate anaerobic granular sludge for high toxicity tannery effluent treatment in reactor of lab scale. The granular sludge shape, zoogloea and microbe group was observed with multimedia microscope. The results indicate that after 8 days the aerobic sludge begins to disjoint and the anaerobic sludge floc forms ; after 30 days scrappy anaerobic granular sludge forms ; and after 150 days well - rounded anaerobic granular sludge forms, and all kinds of anaerobic microbes and a lot of zoogloeas are found in sludge.
