摘要
目的观察金花葵总黄酮对老龄大鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸(HYP)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。方法采用SD大鼠为实验动物,分为6月龄组、24月龄空白组、24月龄给药组(分低、中、高三个剂量组)。给药组予低、中、高不同剂量的金花葵总黄酮溶液连续灌胃3个月,后检测各组大鼠皮肤中HYP,GSH的含量及SOD活性。结果 6月龄组大鼠皮肤中HYP,GSH含量及SOD活性与24月龄组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);金花葵总黄酮中、高剂量组大鼠皮肤中HYP含量与24月龄空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组大鼠皮肤中SOD活性及GSH含量与24月龄空白组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且中、高剂量组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论金花葵总黄酮能够提高老龄大鼠皮肤中HYP,GSH含量及SOD活性,可能对延缓大鼠皮肤衰老具有一定的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of flavonoid extracts from hibiscus manihot on HYP, GSH level and SOD activity in skin of the rats. Methods The healthy SD rats were divided into 6, 24 months group and 24 months plus i.g. Flavonoid Extracts from Hibiscus manihot at low, mid and high dosage group. Three months later, the rats were killed to detect HYP, GSH level and SOD activity in the skin of the rats. Results The distinction of HYP, GSH level and SOD activity was between 6 and 24 months bears significance in statistics ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the distinction of HYP level between mid, high dosage group and 24 months group was of signif- icance in statistics( P 〈 0.05 ) ;the distinction of SOD activity and GSH level between low, mid, high dosage group and 24 months group bears significance in statistics ( P 〈 0.05 ), and that between mid, high dosage group and 24 months group was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Flavonoid Extracts from Hibiscus manihot could obviously enhance the contents of HYP and GSH, total SOD activity,which might play the antiaging role in skin.
