摘要
推行导师团队模式是新时期研究生培养的客观需求,在计算机学科领域表现得尤为突出。导师团队模式是提高研究生培养质量的源泉,是进行导师学术交流的纽带,还是实现学科交叉的有效途径。导师团队模式的成功实施需要一定的保障性措施,包括建立完善的梯队结构,定期举行学术交流活动,健全管理制度和考核奖励机制,还要科学处理学术分歧。本文对这一模式进行了详细的阐述。
It is an objective demand for implementing tutor team model for postgraduate cultivation in the new era, for tutor team model is the source of improvement in postgraduate quality cultivation, the link of academic exchanges for tutors, as well as an effective method to achieve discipline crossing. Some indemnificatory measures are needed to ensure the successful accomplishment of the model, which includes perfected echelon structure, periodical academic exchanges, sound management and appraisal-reward mechanism, in addition to scientific settlement of academic divergence.
