摘要
目的：对淄博市儿童及孕妇的碘营养状况进行分析,为今后碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。方法：采用历史性回顾的调查方法,选取2008年1月~2009年12月连续2年在淄博市妇幼保健院儿童保健科接受尿碘检测的儿童及产科门诊接受尿碘检测的孕妇进行尿碘测定,应用过氧乙酸四甲基联苯胺氧化显色法测定尿碘含量。结果：淄博市儿童碘缺乏率达24.84%,孕妇碘缺乏率为43.74%,碘缺乏在儿童和孕妇均无季节差异。结论：淄博市儿童及孕妇的碘营养状况不容乐观,应引起有关部门高度重视。
Objective：To analyze the iodine nutritional status of children and pregnant women in Zibo city,provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency.Methods：A retrospective survey was used in the study,the children from Department of Children＇s Health Care and the pregnant women from Obstetric outpatient receiving urinary iodine detection in the hospital from January 2008 to December 2009 were selected,peracetic acid tetramethylbenzidine oxidation color development method was used to detect the content of urinary iodine.Results：The incidences of iodine deficiency in children and pregnant women of Zibo city were 24.84% and 43.74%,respectively,there was no significant difference in incidence of iodine deficiency in children and pregnant women among different seasons.Conclusion：The iodine nutritional status of children and pregnant women in Zibo are not optimistic,related departments should pay more attention to the phenomenon.
