摘要
镍钛合金丝凭借其良好的适应性、高回弹力和释放持续力值的特性,在正畸临床中得到广泛的应用。超弹性镍钛合金的最基本特征是超弹性,与金属内部结构转变有关,其结果就是在一定范围的卸载过程中释放恒力。超弹性镍钛丝的另一个显著特征是卸载曲线随加载力的大小而改变。对镍钛丝机械性的实验性研究包括其特有的载荷-形变特性和滑动摩擦阻力的研究,实验结果与实验设计密切相关。
By virtue of their adaptability,high resilience,and production of a constant force,the use of super-elastic Ni-Ti wires has been widely used in orthodontics.The basic characteristic of Ni-Ti wires is "superelasticity".The superelasticity is related to the internal transformation,the consequence of which is the release of a constant force over a considerable part of the deactivation.The other characteristic of Ni-Ti wires is that load-deflection curves change with the applied loads.The experimental study of super-elastic Ni-Ti wires is thought to consist of load-deflection and frictional resistance experiment,depending on which will conclude different results.
