摘要
运用Hypermesh软件,在合理简化的基础上,建立双中间轴变速器壳体有限元分析模型,考虑齿轮、轴承和齿轮轴对壳体强度的影响,应用接触非线性有限元理论分析了壳体的强度。分析表明,壳体强度较弱的位置位于副箱内的轴承孔和加强肋上,强度满足要求;轴承孔受力呈抛物线分布。同时对有限元分析结果进行了试验验证,计算值与试验值整体变化趋势一致,数据基本吻合,从而验证了壳体强度分析正确,有限元建模方法合理。
The FEA model of the double intermediate shaft transmission case was built by applying Hypermesh software through the reasonable simplification,and the contact nonlinear finite element theory was adopted to analyze the strength of the transmission case by considering the influence on the case strength by gears,bearings and gear shafts.The FEA results indicate that the bearing holes and the reinforcing ribs in the auxiliary case are the critical parts.Moreover the strength reaches the strength demand,and the load distribution on the bearing hole follows the parabola form.The experiments were done to verify the FEA results.The results from the FEA are approximately accordant to that from the experiment,and this indicates that the FEA and the building method of the transmission case are correct.
