摘要
首先分析了清洁技术市场风险投资的发展趋势,发现风险投资不足制约着我国清洁技术市场的发展;然后通过分析风险投资在清洁技术创新和商业化方面的作用机制,提出实现可持续发展的路径;最后,提出发展清洁技术风险投资的政策建议。
This paper starts with analyzing the trend of venture capital investment in clean-technology market,and considers that the lack of venture capital investment is restricting the development of clean-technology market in China.Then it puts forward a path of realizing the sus-tainable development through analyzing the mechanism of venture capital investment in technological innovation and technology commercializa-tion.Finally,it provides some policy suggestion for developing venture capital investment in clean-technology market.
