摘要
高校合并对档案工作带来了新的问题,本文试图对高校合并后的档案管理工作在强化意识、集中整合、信息化建设和提高档案管理人员素质等方面进行了思考。
The universities incorporation brings on many problems to the archives management.This article attempts to take such measures as strengthening consciousness,concentrated integration,information-based construction and improving the makings of archives managing personnel into consideration,to settle the problems mentioned in the article.
