摘要
目的:调查不同学历护生对汞危害认知与防护现状的差异。方法:利用自行设计的问卷对本科、大专和中专3个学历层次共139名临床实习护生进行调查。结果:本科、大专和中专护生对汞危害的认知评分分别是(12.60±2.25)分、(10.96±2.80)分和(9.25±2.38)分,差异有统计学意义(F=20.87,P<0.05);对汞危害的行为评分分别是(4.20±1.57)分、(4.91±1.87)分和(5.66±1.58)分,差异有统计学意义(F=8.69,P<0.05)。结论:医院管理部门及相关教育机构应根据不同学历的临床护生进行有针对性的培训,普及其对汞的认知,强化正确处理汞的行为,降低乃至消除临床汞污染。
Objective:To investigate the differences of nursing students' knowledge and protective methods of mercury exposure.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 139 nursing students with clinical practice experience,including undergraduate,junior college and secondary specialized students.Results:The scores of mercury exposure related knowledge of undergraduate,junior college and secondary specialized nursing students were 12.60±2.25,10.96±2.80 and 9.25±2.38,respectively.The differences was statistically significant(F=20.87,P0.05).Meanwhile,their scores of protective behavior for mercury exposure,4.20±1.57,4.91±1.87 and 5.66±1.58,respectively,were also statistically different,(F=8.69,P0.05).Conclusion:Our study indicate that hospitals administrators and nursing school teachers should provide appropriate training about mercury exposure related knowledge for nursing students according to their educational levels,especially emphasize correct procedures to deal with the mercury pollution and how to diminish or even eliminate the pollution.
