摘要
目的观察三种中药注射剂配置后不同温度与不同时间下的微粒变化。方法将康艾、参麦、银杏达莫注射剂按说明书要求溶于等渗盐水中,在常温20-25°C、低温4-8°C、高温30-35°C下放置5个不同时间(0、30、60、120、180min),测定其中微粒数,并进行统计学分析。结果三种药液在30-35°C时,2-5μm与6-10μm微粒数均较少,且持续到180 min。在4-8°C时,三种药液微粒数均较多。结论三种中药注射剂配置后,室温较高时可放置较长时间;寒冷季节静脉输注该中药注射剂时,可以将药液适当加温。
Objective To study the particle change of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections in different temperature and time after preparation.Method Dissolve Kang'ai injection,Shenmai injection and Ginkgo leaf extract and Diphyridamole injection in isotonic saline.Put the injections in normal temperature 20-25℃,low temperature 4-8℃ and high temperature 30-35℃ for 0,30,60,120 and 180min.Then test the amount of particles and take statistical analysis.Result The amount of 2-5μm and 6-10μm particles for three kinds of injections in 30-35℃ is small and can last for 180min.The amount of particles for three kinds of injections in 4-8℃ is big.Conclusion Three kinds of injections can be put for long after preparation in a high room temperature.The injections can be warmed appropriately before intravenous infusion in cold weather.
