摘要
用无刺托鲁巴姆和有刺托鲁巴姆嫁接杭茄1号,通过嫁接苗与自根苗果实大小、单果质量和蔗糖、果糖、还原糖、粗蛋白、维生素C、粗纤维、亚硝酸盐等果实成分含量以及过氧化物酶活性比较,结果发现,以无刺托鲁巴姆为砧木嫁接的杭茄1号果实在粗蛋白、粗纤维和过氧化物酶活性方面优于自根苗;以有刺托鲁巴姆为砧木嫁接的杭茄1号果实在果糖、还原糖、粗蛋白和过氧化物酶活性方面优于自根苗;嫁接后果实亚硝酸盐含量均显著降低。
The fruit size,sucrose,fructose,crude protein,Vc,crude fiber,NIT and POD of grafted and non-grafted Hangqie No.1 eggplant were compared using spine-less Solanum Torvum as rootstock.Grafted Hangqie No.1 had more crude protein,crude fiber and higher POD activity.The contents of NIT in the fruit of grafted Hangqie No.1 were obviously reduced.
