摘要
针对航空蓄电池充电机性能检测、故障诊断难度大的问题,在对其控制电路工作原理分析的基础上,采用Protel 99 SE对其触发电路和电流调节电路进行了仿真。仿真结果与理论分析相符,证明了理论分析的正确性。通过改变相关元器件参数,分析仿真波形的变化,为该充电机控制电路的检测和故障诊断提供重要依据,并为其故障树的建立奠定了基础。
Due to the high difficulty in performance detecting and failure diagnosis of aviation battery charger,Protel 99 SE is adopted to simulate the trigger circuit and current adjusting circuit based on the analysis of function theory for the control circuit.The simulation results are in accordance with the theory analysis,which proves the correctness.By varying the parameters of the relative components,the changes of waveforms are analyzed,which supplies the important evidences for detecting and diagnosing the control circuit and then provides a solid foundation for establishing the fault tree.
