摘要
目的评价左旋氨氯地平对轻中度高血压病患者的降压疗效,并与硝苯地平对比。方法采用随机分组对照方法,将100例轻中度高血压病患者分为治疗组(50例),用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg,qd,po;对照组(50例),硝苯地平片10mg,tid,po。两组疗程均为12周。观察降压效果和临床不良反应。结果 两组患者用药第一周后均能有效控制血压,随着用药时间延长血压平稳下降,治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性。对照组不良反应高于治疗组。结论 左旋氨氯地平与硝苯地平均能有效降压,前者优于后者,不良反应较少,临床耐受性较好。
Objective To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of L-amlodipine on patients with mild to moderate hypertension and to compare it with that of nifedipine.Methods 100 cases with mild to moderate hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group,50 cases in each;patients in treatment group received Levamlodipine Besylate 2.5mg,qd,po.while patients in control group received nifedipine 10mg,tid,po.;the course in both groups were 12 weeks;the antihypertensive effect and side effect in both groups were observed.Result The blood pressures of the patients in both groups were effectively controlled in the first week and kept decreasing steadily with the time of drug application going;the comparison between the 2 groups showed out an obvious difference,the side effect of control group was much higher than that of treatment group.Conclusions Both L-amlodipine and nifedipine are of antihypertensive effect;L-amlodipine is superior to nifedipine as it leads to less side effect and has a better drug resistance.
