摘要
针对敬业钢厂中厚板坯生产的现行工艺系统,分析炼钢工序中[N]、T[O]的变化趋势,整个炼钢过程中夹杂物的形貌和数量变化。通过实验研究,发现精炼后钢中[N]、T[O]明显下降,而在中间包浇注时[N]、T[O]上升,在浇注中期出现峰值,钢水二次氧化。钢中夹杂物的数量变化与[N]、T[O]基本一致,精炼后各炉次夹杂物的面积率分别下降约74%、51%、71%。
The change of T[O],[N] and appearance and number of inclusion in the process of steelmaking is analyzed aim at present technics system of generating slab in Jing Y e steel plant. The experiment research indicates [N],T[O] descends obviously after LF process, whereas they ascends in casting process, the peak value appears in the middle of casting process, when molten steel is oxidized again. The change of the number of inclusion and the [N],T[O] in steel is uniform basically, the area rate of inclusion after LF declines individually about 74%,51%,71%.
