摘要
采用公共选修课的形式,对山西师范大学3000名选修《营养与健康》课程的大学生进行营养知识、态度与行为进行调查后开展营养健康教育,评价了营养教育前、后的效果。结果表明,营养教育前学生营养知识极度匮乏,不懂得如何搭配饮食,选取食物时主要依靠食物的价格;教育后学生对营养知识知晓率大大提高,认为现在的饮食对以后的健康有极大影响,并会根据食物的营养价值选择食物。这说明营养教育的开展对师范生形成健康的生活方式具有重要的作用,建议在师范院校开设有关营养教育的课程。
A total of 3000 students selected "Nutrition and Health" course in Shanxi Normal University were surveyed about their nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior and the effects were evaluated before and after nutrition education.Results showed that students' nutrition knowledge was extremely scarce and they didn't know how to match diet and mainly selected food relying on food prices before nutrition education.After nutrition education,students' nutrition knouledge awareness was greatly improved and thought that diet had significant implication for health.Then they chose food based on the nutrition value of food.Nutrition education played an important role in healthy lifestyle for normal students.Therefore,courses about nutrition education curriculum were proposed to open in the normal school.
