摘要
通过反相悬浮聚合法制备出沸石/聚丙烯酸(钠)复合材料,并对复合材料的形貌、结构和吸放湿性能进行了研究。利用正交试验法分析了沸石与分散剂含量及中和度对复合材料吸放湿性能的影响。结果表明,沸石/聚丙烯酸(钠)复合材料呈细小的颗粒状;聚合过程中,丙烯酸分子与沸石表面的羟基发生接枝共聚反应,并成功地插入到沸石孔内。中和度对复合材料吸放湿性能的影响最大,沸石的影响次之,分散剂的影响最小。沸石/聚丙烯酸(钠)复合材料的最适宜制备工艺为沸石质量分数20%、分散剂质量分数5%、中和度80%。
Zeolite/polyacrylic acid(sodium) composite was synthesized by using inverse suspend polymerization method,and then the surface morphology,structure and humidity controlling behaviors of zeolite/polyacrylic acid composite were analyzed and determined.The influence of zeolite and dispersant content,neutralization degree on the humidity controlling properties of composites were investigated by orthogonal experimental method.The results show that zeolite/polyacrylic acid composite is in a fine particle.During the polymerization process,acrylic acid monomer is grafted to the hydroxyls of zeolite surface and successfully embedded in the hole of zeolite.The impact of three factors on the humidity controlling behavior of composites increases by the order of dispersant content,zeolite content and neutralization degree.The optimum preparation parameters are zeolite content of 20%,dispersant content of 5% and neutralization degree of 80%.
