Thermal radiation ignition characteristics for indoor common decorative fabrics

摘要 采用锥形量热仪对4种室内常见装饰用织物的热辐射引燃特性进行实验研究。分别取热辐射通量为30、35、40、506、0 kW/m2,分别在使用和不使用点火器条件下对样品进行热辐射引燃试验。点火器为10 kV电弧点火器。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,4种试样的引燃危险性按化纤、麻绒、棉麻和棉加丝的顺序依次减小。在低热辐射通量下,所选装饰用织物样品的引燃时间随热辐射通量的变化较大。通风、引火源等因素对织物的热辐射引燃特性都有明显影响。 the ignition characteristics of four common indoor decorative fabrics were studied in different conditions by means of Cone Calorimeter.The tests were done under the condition of heat radiation flux of 30,35,40,50 or 60 kW/m2,with or without ignition.The fire was ignited by electric arc.The test results show that the ignition risk of chemical fiber,flaxen cashmere,cotton and flax,cotton and silk reduced in turn under the same conditions.The ignition time changed fast with the change of heat radiation flux when the heat radiation flux is small.Ventilation,spark igniter and other factors have led to significant effect on the heat radiation ignition characteristics of decorative fabrics.
