摘要
目的探讨姜黄素对糖尿肾病大鼠肾功能及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的作用。方法制作糖尿病肾病模型大鼠,随机分为对照组及治疗组,比较各组的血生化、尿微量白蛋白排泄量(UAER)、TNF-α及MCP-1水平。结果模型大鼠内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、UAER较正常鼠增多,血清肿瘤坏死因子-α升高,血清MCP-1明显升高;姜黄素治疗能明显降低Ccr(P<0.05),减少ALB排泄量(P<0.05),降低MCP-1(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素对糖尿病肾病具有明显疗效,其机制至少部分是通过拮抗TNF-α的作用,减少MCP-1的分泌,从而抑制肾脏炎症反应。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of curcumin on TNF-α,MCP-1 and renal function of diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods: Diabetic nephropathy rats were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Some indices were compared including the blood biochemical parameters,the 24h urinary albumin excretion,the serum TNF-α and the serum MCP-1.Results: Compared with normal rats,the Ccr and the urinary albumin excretion were increased markedly in diabetic nephropathy rats.Meanwhile,their serum TNF-αand MCP-1 were decreased.After treated with the curcumin,the Ccr,the urinary albumin excretion and the MCP-1 in these rats were decreased obviously.Conclusion: Curcumin has therapeutic effects on diabetic nephropathy.The mechanism is,at least in part,inhibition the inflammatory reaction through down-regulation of serum TNF-αand decrease secretion of MCP-1.
