摘要
根据党中央关于繁荣发展农村文化的要求,针对农村文化建设相对薄弱的问题,阐明了图书馆为村文化室建设服务的必要性,并结合目前图书馆和农村的具体情况,提出了如何为村文化室的建设和发展提供必要服务的初步构想。
According to the CPC Central Party＇s requirement of developing culture in rural area and based on the problems in cultural-room development in countryside,this paper elaborates on the necessity of library serving the cultural-room development in rural area and puts forward some suggestions about how library serves the cultural-room development in the countryside by combining the present library＇s condition with that of the countryside.
