摘要
为了更大范围地提高不锈钢中重金属溶出物的检测效率,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和原子吸收光谱法(AAS)对不锈钢制品中重金属溶出物(Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb、As)进行比对分析。在选定实验条件下,对ICP-AES和AAS两种方法测得的重金属溶出物的检出限、加标回收率、变异系数分别进行分析比较。实验证明,ICP-AES法检出限低、精密度高、线性范围宽,可以大大提高检测效率,更适用于高、中、低含量的多种元素同时测定。
In order to improve detection efficiency,the heavy metal extractions(Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb、As) of stainless steel were determined by induced coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Under the selected experimental condition,the detection limit,the recovery and the coefficient of variation were compared between the determination results of ICP-AES and those of AAS.Experimental results show the ICP-AES method has lower detection limit,higher precision,large linear range.It can greatly improve the detection efficiency,and it is more suitable for determining multi-element in different contents simultaneously.
