摘要
相对于空气试压法,在高寒低温地区对油气管道进行水试压具有更高的安全性,但需要解决水冻结问题,防冻措施主要包括:采取电伴热系统对试压水进行自动加热,在试压头两端搭建临时御寒帐篷,配备取暖设备等。在试压过程中,采用高压泵对管道升压,通过内置式成套电热系统确保管道温度,利用两台注水量为100 m3/h,扬程为101 m的注水泵向管道注水,并多次发射泡沫清管器清除残水,确保管道内无明水。在不同环境温度下的模拟试验表明:高寒低温地区管道水试压采用电伴热技术可以满足SY 0401-98《输油输气管道线路工程施工及验收规范》中规定的试压验收标准,适用于高寒地区管道分段水试压,完善了高寒地区管道施工技术。
Compared with the air pressure test method,it is more secure to use hydrotest method for oil and gas pipelines in frigid zone. However,the problem in water freezing must be solved. The main anti-freezing measure include:the automatical water heating with electric tracer heating system in pipe pressure test process,the temporary tents used to keep warm at both ends of pressure test segment,and heating installation equipments etc. In the process of hydrotest,the pressure boost of pipeline is done by using high pressure pumps,a complete set of built-in electric heating system is used to ensure the pipeline temperature,two water-injection pumps with the flow rate in 100 m3/h and discharge head in 101 m are used to inject water into pipe,and foam pigs are sent repeatedly to remove residual water to clean the accumulated water in pipeline. The simulation experiments under different environmental temperatures show that the hydrotest technology of cold water with electric tracer heating system is in accordance with the specified acceptance criteria in SY 0401-98 Standard for Construction and Acceptance of Oil and Natural Gas Pipeline Project. It is suitable for pipeline segment hydrotest in frigid zone,which can improve the pipeline construction technology in frigid zone.
