摘要
套管开窗技术是分支井和老井侧钻的关键步骤,针对常规开窗系统应用中存在的问题,通过力学分析,得到了导致这些问题的机理。为解决这些问题,设计了由一种特殊结构多斜角造斜器和与之配合使用的磨鞋组成的开窗工具。这种新型开窗工具,使用力学的矢量分析方法,定性分析了套管和磨鞋、造斜器和磨鞋之间的相互作用,能一趟快速开出优质窗口,且工作稳定性良好。
Casing window drilling technologies are the key step of multi-lateral drilling and sidetrack drilling in old wells. According to the problems existent in conventional window systems, through mechanics analysis, the mechanism resulted in these problems was obtained. To solve these problems, a special window cutting tool was designed which consisted of the multi-angle whipstock and associated grind shoes. At the sametime, the interaction between casing and grind shoe, whipstock and grind shoe was analyzed qualitatively by using mechanical vector analysis method. This new window cutting tool can window quickly and stably.
