摘要
泉店煤矿二1-12050综放工作面地质条件复杂,属典型的三软煤层,且煤层倾角较大,平均30°。在实际回采中,容易发生支架失稳、输送机上窜下滑、片帮、冒顶等现象。针对大倾角综采放顶煤工艺的特点,阐述了综放工作面高效开采需解决的关键技术难题。
The geological conditions of Ⅱ1-12050 fully-mechanized top coal caving face in Quandian Coal Mine is complex,and it is a typical three soft coal seam.The inclined angle of coal seam is large,the average is about 30°.In the actual mining,it is prone to appear dangerous phenomena,such as loss stability of supports,upward movement and downward sliding movement of conveyor,rib spalling and roof fall,and so on.Based on technics characteristics of top coal caving on fully-mechanized top coal caving face with large inclined angle,it described key technology problems to be solved to realize high efficiency mining on fully-mechanized top coal caving face.
