摘要
目的：观察自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风的疗效；方法：采用自体表皮移植术治疗白癜风患者５８例（２３１白斑区）；结果：显效率为７４８９％，总有效率为９４３７％，全部病例均无明显副作用，且无瘢痕形成。结论：自体表皮移植术适用于药物治疗无效、近期皮损稳定的白癜风患者。
Objective:To observe the effect of autologous grafting with epidermis in curing patients with vitiligo.Methods:fifty eight patients with vitiligo (231 white patches) were treated by autologous grafting with vitiligo.Results:The markedly improved rate was 74.89% and the total effective rate was 94.37%.No side effects and scar formation were observed in any of the treated paitents.Conclusion:The autologoues epidermis grafting might be used for the paitents with vitiligo who failed in autologous grafting or non progressive in their skin impairment.
