摘要
当前中国的社会抗争有其必然的政治、经济、社会和文化成因,在性质上是基于利益博弈的底层抗争,具有内在结构和正反功能。社会抗争的生发原因和动力机制是抗争政治研究的重点。学界在借鉴西方概念和范式的基础上,进行了诸多本土化的理论尝试和经验解读,适应了中国社会抗争的复杂性、多变性和特殊性。以上两个方面的最终落脚点是社会抗争的治理,使抗争达到有序化、有益化的效果。为此,要在治理的理念、主体和内容上进行总结和反思,尤其在当前中国的党、国家和社会关系下,必须探求中国共产党与社会抗争之间的关联,建构以政党为中心、国家和社会多元共治的治理社会抗争的政治逻辑。
Social contention in contemporary China has inevitable political,economic,social and cultural reasons.In nature,it is grass-root contention based on rights and benefits gaming,and has inner structure,positive and negative functions.Focusing on the reasons and dynamics of social contention in the study of contentious politics,scholars provide lots of local theoretical attempts and empirical explanations based on western definitions and paradigms,which are available for complexity,change and specialty of social contention in China.The above two fields aim to govern social contention in order to make contention orderly and positive.So it must sum up and reflect on the governing ideas,subjects and contents.Especially under the circumstance of relations among the CPC,state and society,it must dip into the connection between CPC and social contention,and build the political logic of CPC as the dominator,state and society as the cooperators in the governance of contention.
