摘要
建立摩擦片的三维有限元模型,采用有限元方法对摩擦片进行瞬态生热分析,得到接合过程中摩擦片的瞬态温度分布,发现温度沿径向由内向外逐渐增高,最高温度区域分布在摩擦片外缘。对摩擦片进行热固耦合应力分析,结果表明,摩擦片热应力强度最大区域在接合面内侧,片体边缘变形较大。
A 3-D finite element model was established,an analysis about heat generation was carried out and the momentary temperature distribution of the plate was gotten.It was discovered that the temperature along the radial of friction plate was showing a rising trend from the inside to outside,the highest temperature area located in the outer edge of the plate.The thermal-solid coupling analysis of the friction plate was also carried out.The results showed that outer edge was the point where the largest heat stress intensity existed.On the contrary,areas around of the tanks always have smaller stress intensity.
