摘要
以锌粉、纳米铝粉和马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物为原料,通过实验探索,研制了一种水性涂料,并采用SEM和XPS对该涂料制备的锌铝复合层的形貌和组成进行了分析。结果表明:在铝粉与锌粉质量比为4∶6,马丙共聚物质量分数为60%,固化时间50 min,固化温度100℃的条件下,可以形成均匀致密的锌-铝复合涂层,涂层的抗冲击性能和耐盐雾性能均较好。
A kind of aqueous paints was synthesized through several experiment by using powders of zinc,nano-aluminum and maleic anhydride-acroleic acid copolymer as main raw materials.The investigation and analysis of composition and structure of the zinc-aluminum composite layer were conducted by means of XPS and SEM.The experiment results demonstrate that:the proportion of aluminum powder and zinc powder is 4∶6,and maleic anhydride-acroleic acid copolymer is 60%,the solidification time is 50 min,the curing temperature is 100 ℃,a complete and firm zinc-aluminum composite layer is formed by applying this process.The composite layer has better performance in salt spray test and anti-impact force.
