摘要 肥大细胞是参与I型超敏反膻的主要效应细胞之一,与支气管哮喘发病机制密切相关。在此基础上研究肥大细胞活化与支气管哮喘之间的关系,可为临床上预防与治疗支气管哮喘提供依据。 Mast cells are recognized as one of the major effector cells in hypersensitivity reaction I ,and closely related to the patbogenesis of bronchial asthma. On this basis,to explore the relationship between mast cell activation and bronchial asthma is in favour of providing the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.
