糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术临床观察 被引量:4

Effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on treating patients with diabetes mellilus

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化(phacoemulsification,PHACO)联合人工晶体(IOL)植入术的临床疗效。方法:对97例(106眼)糖尿病患者和99例(109眼)非糖尿病患者的PHACO联合IOL植入术疗效进行比较。结果:两组术后并发症的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,糖尿病患者有49只眼(46.23%)术后矫正视力达0.5以上,而非糖尿病患者有64只眼(59.26%)术后矫正视力达0.5以上,两者比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于糖尿病患者,只要术前经过适当饮食控制或加用适量降糖药物,使血糖稳定在一定水平而无全身或眼部严重并发症者,施行PHACO联合IOL植入术是安全可靠的。对增殖性视网膜病变的糖尿病患者,仍应视为手术禁忌证。 Objective:To analyse effect of phacoemulsification(PHACO) and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation on treating patients with diabetes mellilus.Methods:PHACO and IOL implantation were performed on 97(106 eyes) diabetics and 99(109 eyes) nondiabetics patients.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in incidence of postoperative complications.The postoperative corrected visual acuities of 0.5 or better were achieved in 49(46.23%) of diabetic eyes and in 64(59.26%)of nondiabetic eyes(P〉0.05).Conclusions:For diabetics patients with cataract,who are under control by diet or hypoglycemic agent,and have stable blood glucose level for a period of time without other systemic and ocular complications,PHACO and IOL implantation is safe and reliable treatment.But proliferative retinopathy is contraindicative for this treatment
