摘要
基于霍尔三维结构的思想,结合质量管理的理论和方法,提出并构建了质量管理的三维结构,从逻辑维、时间维和知识维来研究质量管理,使质量管理更科学、更合理。提出将霍尔三维理论应用到企业的实际质量管理活动中,通过定期的学习,让霍尔三维思想深入到企业各个方面,从而提高员工的质量意识,让每个人逐步熟悉该理论以及认识到该理论所产生的效益,最终完善企业内部的质量管理体系。通过实施该理论,企业员工将会掌握正确的质量管理方法和养成正确的质量意识,从整体增强企业的核心竞争力。
In this paper,an approach for Hall three-dimensional structure of quality management combining the theory and methods of quality management based on the idea of Hall three dimension structure is introduced.It is more scientific and reasonable to study quality management from logical dimension,time dimension and knowledge dimension.The Hall three-dimensional theory is applied to the actual quality management activities,so that the Hall three-dimensional thinking deeps into all aspects of the enterprise to improve the quality awareness of employees.At last,everyone becomes familiar with the theory and recognizes the benefits generated by the theory and ultimately improves the internal quality management system.Employees will acquire the right quality management methods and develop the right sense of quality,thus enhancing the overall enterprise＇s core cometitiveness through the implementation of this theory.
