摘要
以槽罐车外用紧急切断阀为研究对象,运用FLUENT软件对紧急切断阀内部二维流场进行了数值模拟,通过对流动速度、压力分布的分析,揭示了其内部流动的主要特征,并捕捉到了流动冲击、二次流等重要的流动现象,对紧急切断阀的内部结构优化,提供了依据和方向。
This paper is with external-used emergency cutoff valve of tank trucks for research object and uses the fluent software to simulate the 2d internal fluid field of emergency cutoff valve.In the same time,it showed the main flow characteristics of the emergency cutoff valve by analyzing the distributions of velocity and pressure of the emergency cutoff valve,catching many important phenomena,such as flow impact and secondary flow,which can be provided evidence and direction for the internal structure optimization of the emergency cutoff valve.
