摘要
目的探讨安宫黄体酮联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎的临床研究。方法选取2007年3月～2010年5月子宫内膜炎患者147例,随机分为2组。治疗组75例,年龄18～48岁,平均30岁;病程1～10个月。治疗组在月经期应用二联抗生素静滴连续5天,周期性口服孕激素1个月为一个疗程,连用3个疗程后复查。对照组72例,年龄28～46岁,平均(30.2±6)岁,病程2～8月。月经期单纯应用抗生素经期治疗,一次月经为一个疗程,每3个疗程复查。2组随访时间为3～6个月,观察子宫内膜炎治愈情况。结果治疗组75例中治愈43例,显效20例,有效5例,无效7例,总有效率为90.66%。对照组72例中治愈10例,显效17例,有效25例,无效20例。总有效率为77.66%,两组结果有显著性差异(P<0.05),临床效果满意。结论安宫黄体酮联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎清理有炎症的子宫内膜而不用官腔操作,同时消炎治疗使子宫内膜彻底换新,从而达到治疗子宫内膜炎的目的 ,方便易行,效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with antibiotic in the treatment of endometritis. Methods From March 2007 to May 2010 147 patients with endometritis in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. 75 patients in the treatment group, aged 18 -48 years, mean 42 years; course of 1 - 10 months, average of 5 months; 72 patients in control group, aged 28 - 46 years, mean （30. 2 ± 6 ） years, half of the menstrual cycle oral medroxyprogesterone 10 mg 1 day for 1 - 3 months. 2 groups were followed up for 3 - 6 months to observe the cure situation of endometritis. Application of the treatment group in the menstrual period two antibiotics for five days together, periodic oral progesterone, after three courses used in conjunction review. Results 75 patients in the treatment group, 43 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, and 7 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 90, 66 percent. 72 patients in the control group, 10 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 25 cases were effective, and 20 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 7% 66%. There was significantly difference in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with antibiotic can clean - up endometrial inflammation without uterine operations in the treatment of endometritis, and anti - inflammatory treatment can make completely new endometrium so as to achieve the purpose of treating endometritis.
