邯钢3500mm热轧板坯升温过程温度应力场仿真研究

摘要 为提高中厚板坯加热效率和防止出现热应力裂纹,本文在热弹塑性分析理论基础上,采用有限元方法,建立了邯钢3500mm板坯加热过程分析模型,研究了中厚板坯加热过程中全时域内热应力场变化规律,并优化了中厚板坯加热工艺,提高了板坯加热质量。 For increasing heat efficiency and preventing crack resulting in thermal stress,the thermal stress field distribution of slab during heating process was researched,and the 3500mm slab heating model of Hangang was established which was adopted FEM and bases on the transient non-linear heat analysis theory.The heating process was simulated and the influence laws of furnace temperature and heating rate were drawn,and the practical heating process was optimized.
