摘要
介绍了合金钢大方(圆)坯连铸技术、合金钢连铸坯热送热装技术、数字化加热炉控制技术、大型棒材轧机,以及大型棒材精整和热处理技术,这些技术的不断改善和应用既提高了大型棒材产品的质量和产量,又降低了大型棒材产品的生产成本。
At current,some new processes and techniques for large-size bar were applied.Not only the productivity and product quality were improved,but also the cost was decreased.In this paper,the casting process for alloyed large square（round）billet,hot delivery and hot charging technique,digital reheating furnace control, large-size bar mill,finishing and heat treatment techniques were introduced.
