摘要
招生诈骗是对以高校招生名义实施诈骗的违法犯罪活动的简称。近些年来,招生诈骗犯罪活动呈高发态势,因此,公安机关必须掌握招生诈骗犯罪案件的特点,从而有针对性地研究出招生诈骗犯罪的侦查对策,打击招生诈骗犯罪,确保高校招生录取的正常秩序,维护考生正当权益免受不法侵害。
Enrollment fraud is under the banner of recruiting students to implement fraud crime activities. In recent years, Enrollment fraud cases present a high crime rate. So the public security organs must grasp the characteristics of criminal activities, and find out the countermeasures to combat the crime, ensuring the enrollment to work smoothly and upholding the students＇rights.
