摘要
在三釜流程聚酯装置上,采用原液着色方式生产黑色聚酯,对炭黑分散剂及其浆料的稳定性,以及炭黑浆料的注入方式等进行了探讨。结果表明:以自制的TA202为分散剂制得质量分数为20%的炭黑/乙二醇浆料,采用预缩聚前注射的方式,调整熔体过滤与混合条件,能制得炭黑分散性良好易于纺丝的黑色聚酯熔体。
A kind of black polyester was produced via dope dyeing on a three-reactor polyester plant.The stability of carbon black dispersant and slurry was discussed,as was the injection method of carbon black slurry.The results showed that the black polyester melt can be produced with fairly good carbon black dispersion and spinnability by using the self-made TA202 as a dispersant to produce ethylene glycol black slurry containing 20%carbon black by mass fraction via the injection process prior to precondensation and adjusting the melt filtration and mixture conditions.
