摘要
利用城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥进行高温好氧堆肥,筛选其中的优势菌种。结果表明:菌种XJ-2是细菌类中的优势菌,菌种FXJ-3是放线菌类中的优势菌;大分子有机物分解菌中的淀粉降解菌DF-1、油脂降解菌YZ-2、蛋白质降解菌DBZ-1及纤维素降解菌XWS-1是优势菌种;随培养时间的延长,XJ-2和FXJ-3均符合微生物生长基本规律,经历了生长期、对数期、稳定期和衰亡期。
Using the dehydration sludge of city sewage treatment plant to carry on good-oxygen compost under high temperature,the superiorial spawns were screened.The results showed that the spawn XJ-2 was the superiorial fungus in the bacterium,FXJ-3 was the superiorial fungus in the ray fungi.The starch degeneration fungus DF-1,fat degeneration fungus YZ-2,protein degeneration fungus DBZ-1 and cellulose degeneration fungus XWS-1 among the macro-molecule organic matter decomposition fungus were the superiorial fungus.XJ-2 and FXJ-3 conformed the basic rule of microorganism growing with the raise time increasing,in which had experienced the vegetal period,the logarithmic phase,the stabilization period and the decline phase.
