New application of semiconductor laser in medical field

摘要 半导体激光器因其体积小、重量轻、寿命长、转换效率高等优点,广泛应用于生物医学研究、临床疾病诊断和治疗领域,几乎覆盖了其它类型激光的应用范围。综述了近年来半导体激光在临床治疗、美容、整形领域的新应用,介绍了半导体激光医疗设备的研制状况和发展趋势,表明随着波长范围的拓展、激光器性能的提高以及价格的下降,半导体激光器在医疗上的应用范围将不断拓展,市场占有份额将不断增加,有望成为激光医疗的主流,具有广阔的发展前景。 Semiconductor laser is widely used in the field of biomedical research,clinical disease diagnosis and disease therapy,almost covering other kinds of lasers' applied range because of its own advantages,such asr small body,light weight,long life span,high efficiency,etc.In this paper,an overview of the semiconductor laser's new applications in the field of clinical disease therapy and cosmetic plastic surgery is given,and the status and development trends of the R D of semiconductor laser medical equipment are introduced.With the widening of wavelength range,improving of laser performance,as well as falling of price,it is indicated that the applied range of semiconductor laser in the field of medical treatment will be expanded continuously,and the market share will be increased continuously.Semiconductor laser is predicted to be the mainstream of medical laser,and it has broad prospects for development.
