高尿酸血症与青年脑梗死相关性临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨高尿酸血症与青年脑梗死的临床相关性,使得青年高尿酸血症能够得到普遍重视,以减少高尿酸血症引发的疾病。方法:选择我院40例青年脑梗死患者为观察组与40例老年脑梗死患者为对照组进行比较,观察血尿酸水平及高尿酸血症检出率与青年脑梗死的临床相关性。结果:青年脑梗死患者血尿酸水平明显高于老年脑梗死患者(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。青年脑梗死患者高尿酸血症检出率(89.7%)明显高于老年脑梗死患者高尿酸血症检出率(56.5%)(P<0.01)具有统计学意义。结论:高尿酸血症是青年脑梗死的危险因素之一,平时应把血尿酸检测作为常规生化检验项目,以便发现高尿酸血症,及时控制血尿酸水平,减少由高尿酸血症引发的疾病。
