氨氮胁迫对泥鳅不同组织SOD和GSH-PX活性的影响 被引量:21

摘要 [目的]研究氨氮胁迫对泥鳅肌肉、肝脏、鳃组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响。[方法]采用生态毒理学方法,在淡水中分别添加NH4Cl 0、50、150、250、450 mg/L,并分组。测定21 d内泥鳅肌肉、肝脏、鳃组织中的SOD和GSH-PX活性,并对数据进行分析。[结果]低浓度组(50、150 mg/L)在氨氮胁迫2 d和7 d时,泥鳅肝脏、鳃SOD和GSH-PX活性,随胁迫浓度的升高和胁迫时间的延长逐渐升高,14 d和21 d时,逐渐降低。但250 mg/L组和450 mg/L组SOD和GSH-PX活性随胁迫浓度的升高一直呈现下降趋势。与肝脏和鳃组织相比,肌肉组织内SOD和GSH-PX对氨氮胁迫的反应比较滞后。[结论]氨氮对泥鳅3种组织的SOD和GSH-PX活性均有显著影响。 [Objective] To study the effect of Ammonia-N stress on activity of SOD and GSH-PX in gill,liver and muscle of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.[Method] Ecotoxicological feasibility study was conducted.NH4Cl in concentration of 0,50,150,250,450 mg/L was added into fresh water for 21 days,and groups were designed.Then the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in gill,liver and muscle of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus was measured,and the results were analyzed.[Result] The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in gill and liver of 50 mg/L and 150 mg/L group increased with increasing of Ammonia-N concentration at 2 d and 7 d,but decreased at 14 d and 21 d.The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in the 250 mg/L and 450 mg/L group decreased consistently during 21 days.The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in muscle of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus to Ammonia-N was not as sensitive as that in liver and muscle.[Conclusion] Ammonia-N significantly affected the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in three tissues of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus.
