基于DSP控制的可拆装式异步电动机教学模型设计

摘要 传统的电机教学都是理论讲授,教师难教、学生难学是普遍现象。为改善这一教学难题,设计了一套基于DSP控制的异步电动机教学模型。该模型的特点是将电动机的各部件简化,设计为积木的形式,其电气控制电路以DSP为核心,能产生变频变压的三相交流电作为电源。该模型能让学生亲自动手制作最简单的电动机,能以0.7 Hz的低转速演示电动机旋转磁场的产生、电动机的旋转原理等等。实际教学证明,该模型有效的帮助学生理解电动机原理,并大大提高了学生的学习兴趣,效果明显。 There is a common phenomenon that it is difficult for both teachers and students to teach and study in traditional teaching of electric motor in which theory teaching is main.In order to solve the problem,a set of teaching model of induction motor is developed based on DSP.This model controlled by DSP reduces various parts of electric motor with modular design,and can output the VVVF power for three-phase motor.This model can let a student herself/himself make the simple electric motor,and can demonstrate electric motor how to produce rotating magnetic field and rotate with slow-speed of revolution by 0.7 Hz.The actual teaching shows that the model helps a student understand the electric motor principle effectively,and enhances the study interest of a student greatly.
