摘要
玉米是世界第三大粮食作物和重要的饲料作物,也是现代食品、化学工业的重要原料。玉米的胚性愈伤组织普遍作为转基因过程中外源基因的直接受体,利用玉米幼胚进行组织培养是高效获得胚性愈伤组织的主要途径。选用抗性好、适宜本地种植的玉米自交系幼胚进行了外植体的愈伤组织诱导研究,建立了具有胚性的愈伤组织培养体系,为玉米遗传转化提供了受体材料。
The maize is the third biggest grain crops, important feed crops, and the important material of the modern food and the chemical industry. The maize embryogenic calli are often used as the direct acceptor of the foreign gene in the process of the transgene. Using the maize immature embryo for tissue culture is the main way to gain the embryogenic eallus efficiently. In this study, the immature embryos of inbred line maize that have good resistances and are suitable for local planting were selected to conduct the experiment of callus inducement of explant. A culture system for embryogenic callus was established to provide aceeptor materials for maize genetic transformation.
