醋酸铅对小鼠星形胶质细胞凋亡及Caspase-3表达影响 被引量:1

Effect of lead acetate on apoptosis astrocytes and Caspase-3 expression in mice

摘要 目的探讨醋酸铅对小鼠星形胶质细胞凋亡和Caspase-3表达的影响。方法 10μmol/L醋酸铅处理小鼠星形胶质细胞24、48 h后,采用Hoechst33258染色法观察细胞形态学变化;聚合酶链反应(PCR)、细胞免疫化学法测定Caspase-3的转录与表达水平;流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果经10μmol/L醋酸铅处理24、48 h后小鼠星形胶质细胞呈凋亡形态学改变。Caspase-3转录与表达水平升高,醋酸铅组细胞凋亡率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论醋酸铅可促进小鼠星形胶质细胞凋亡,Caspase-3参与了凋亡过程。
