摘要
用与生产现场相同的电极尺寸和工艺条件,通过试验槽进行检测,调查了使用铜阴极生产的电解二氧化锰(EMD)中铜的混入情况。结果发现:铜的水线腐蚀明显。铜的平均含量约为2×10-4%,但有含量高达7×10-4%~8×10-4%的部位。推测原因之一是发泡剂中的氯促进了腐蚀。由此可知,仅从平均含量无法判断铜是否对EMD的质量有影响。
The copper(Cu) interfuse situation of electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) produced by using Cu cathode was investigated through the trial electrolytic cell with the same electrode size and operation condition of factory.The results showed that the water line corrosion of Cu was obvious.The average content of Cu was about 2×10^-4%,but it had the place with the content reached 7×10^-4%~8×10^-4%.As one of the reasons,it was supposed that the chlorine(Cl) in the foaming agent promoted the corrosion.In conclusion,we could not judge whether Cu was harmful or not to the quality of EMD only by its average content.
